Apologies for a lousy class

I gave a dusty lecture this morning - my apologies to the students. Lost my voice in the process. Voted for a friend in an internal university election signifying nothing. Played a poor game of Go. Heard discussions of petty relevant syllables during a department meeting. If tomorrow I tell you that I saw a bad movie, you will say I am quoting Macbeth.
