Engineers fix broken Massachusetts water pipe

The engineers at the Massachusetts public water company fixed the broken pipe in a shorter time than it took for the lawyers at British Petroleum to decide how much of the oil leak to report, how much to hide. So much for the efficiency of private enterprise.
